My name is Russell, and I am from the Philippines. I have been working as a domestic helper in Singapore for ten years. I like painting, and if I have a lot of time, I write too. I love to paint some interesting ideas that can relate to me, especially when I see something that will amaze me, especially flowers. This is the tribe name (Subanen) of my place, Mindanao Island. In this picture, it's our way to respect my culture, which indicates a locality or place of origin. These people originally lived in low-lying areas. However, disturbances and competition from other settlers like Muslims and Migrations of Cebuano speakers to the coastal areas attracted by inviting Land Tenure Laws further pushed for Subanen into the interior. They cultivate crops with rice as the most important crop, but they are also known to raise livestock, including pigs and chickens. This culture is closely related to the Austronesian language, which belongs to the greater Central Philippines.
