Stephanie Raciles

Jenelyn Leyble is 33 years old and hails from Tapaz, Capiz, Philippines. She has been working in Singapore for 7 years. She is one of the active volunteer members of the Migrant Writers of Singapore,a team leader at Uplifters, and a Volunteer of C.D.E. She is recognized in various poetry groups and a contributor to a few international books and magazines. She recently won the 2nd prize winner of the Singapore Migrant Workers Poetry Competition. Her poem was in the top 10 winners in "The Journey by Lorry online art competition for locals and migrants. She is also one of the winners of the Singapore Red Cross x MWS poem competition with the theme "Resilience in 2022. She is also a contributor to "Hiraeth" magazine, which is a collaboration of Dunman High School and Migrant Writers of Singapore. She performed in various literary events in Singapore, like the Singapore Writers Festival and Esplanade.



Laoag City

Laoag City is known as Sunshine City. Its name is said to come from the Ilocano term "lawag", which means brightness or light. The city is also popular as a sunshine city that has a clear atmosphere with a beautiful blue skyline. The city is a vibrant and dynamic growth center in the North. It is a truly unique destination, offering surprises, panoramic sand dunes, and lush vegetation. The city is represented by the Commercial Complex, where establishments offer Ilocano products such as INABEL, the famous Bagnet, Longganisa, Sukang Iloko, and other Ilocano products.
