MARY POPPINS
Mary Poppins, I made this because I love the UK, and I love this movie; I am like Mary Poppins in my own special way, taking care of two kids as she is in the movie. And I always tell myself I am just practically perfect in every way.
Dream Place: Autumn in England
Home
Love in Universe
This embroidery represents the place where I came from: "CAPIZ, the seafood capital of the Philippines. Our place is rich with seafood, and everybody can enjoy the scenery of the nice beaches while enjoying the sumptuous food. The shell represents the capiz shell, which symbolizes our place, alongside the green seaweeds we call "laba laba" in our mother tongue, seagrapes in English. The fish itself shows that our culture is colorful and interesting. Fish is the most common seafood that we get from our place.
